How can I track my purchase?
After you place an order you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
When will my order be shipped?
All packages will be shipped within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. You can receive multiple packages when ordering multiple products as they can be shipped from different locations.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking number and link.
What is the difference between "Purchase Date" and "Shipping Date"?
On most sites, "Date of purchase" and "Date of shipment" are not the same. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Our business days do not include weekends and holidays.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days upon receipt, with the following conditions:
- All returns or exchanges must not have been used and must be in their original condition, with receipt and labels attached.
- If you return a gift, you will be reimbursed in the form of a credit in the amount that was paid by the buyer.
- There are no returns or exchanges of underwear or accessories

When returning your purchase, we suggest you send the package via USPS and opt for tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records.
Once the merchandise is received by our team, the exchange or return will be processed. In case of return, you will receive your money back within 10 business days.
Damage: We make every effort to ensure that your merchandise reaches you in perfect condition. But if you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days. We'll try to solve the problem with a complete replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
